For clinics, hotels and practices

The questions keep coming after you close.

Chatlane answers them on your website, in the visitor's own language, using only what you have written down. You read what came in over breakfast.

Czy mogę umówić się na wizytę w przyszłym tygodniu?

4s Tak. Proszę podać dzień i numer telefonu, przekażę je recepcji.

Four enquiries, none lost. The third one is the important one: it refused to answer.

Setup

Running by the end of the afternoon.

There is no integration work. You write down what you already tell people on the phone, and paste one line into your site.

Write down what you know

Prices, opening hours, treatments, parking, cancellation rules. Plain sentences in your own words, typed into your panel. Change them whenever you like; the next visitor gets the new answer.

Paste one line

It goes just before the closing body tag of your site. Whoever built your website will recognise it. Nothing else changes.

Read the mornings

Every enquiry lands in one daily email: what was asked, what was answered, and who left a number for you to call back.

Limits

What it will not do.

This is the part worth reading. An assistant that invents a price or offers medical advice costs you more than the enquiry was worth, so this one is built to stop rather than to guess.

It does not invent

If the answer is not in what you wrote, it says so and hands the visitor to you. It never fills the gap with something plausible.

I don't have that in writing, so I would rather not guess. The clinic can tell you exactly.

It does not give professional advice

Symptoms, diagnoses, legal or financial questions get handed to a human every time, in every language. That rule is not something a visitor can talk it out of.

Let me not answer that one, because I'd only be guessing and this needs a professional.

You can read its refusals in advance

Every sentence it says in a blocked case is fixed text, not generated. You can see the full list before you switch it on, and so can your data protection officer.

Demo

The bubble in the corner is the product.

It is answering as Chatlane itself, from a page of notes written the same way yours would be. Ask it what it costs, what it refuses to do, or what happens to a visitor's phone number. Then ask something it cannot know, and watch it decline.

See it answering as a hotel instead
